Most secure thing to hang a punching bag on...? - punching bag rail
I bought a punching bag with a capacity of eighty pounds. I need an idea for something to hang.
I was thinking of steel rails, that my office door automatic garage (since I never opened my garage door), but I am afraid that doing the heavy weight of the bag somehow hurt ... What do you think?
Other ideas?

If I can not say that. Buy a hook heavy use of a hardware store, they found a large bolt on the ceiling, you probably go to the attic and in a position to be found in the garage. Pre-drill a hole and hook. In other words, the experience is the best way I know how.
So my brother in the wrong hole on the steel-garage-thing, as you have said. Put a chain around it (rail steel), and then another strong Bulldog / video clip, if you know what I mean, I'm not sure what we say then many feel called Aare equipment bag.
