How can my computer as fast as I could restore a system or run new installation of Windows, but without any of my data. This is a team that not everything can remove. Its been running very slowly due to viruses and a pile of garbage. Suggestions? Programs? Thank you very much!

That is absolutely out of luck. Your Vista slowed by malicious software to do the same. It is best to install a backup of all important data and Ubuntu, an operating system stable, secure and safe, can not viruses or malware. Then restore the data and configure your new Linux operating system.
